Refund policy
We do not offer general returns. However, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged
The product is incorrect
An item is missing from the order
A verified manufacturing defect
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the issue.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused
The item must be unopened
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of issue (clear photos & videos) must be provided
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to the customer without refund.
2- Manufacturing Defects
If there is a manufacturing defect, the request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Each case will be reviewed individually by our quality team before approval.
3- Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind
Ordered by mistake
Did not like the scent / texture
Found a cheaper price elsewhere
Packaging design differences due to supplier updates
Allergy or personal skin reaction
Product with less than 6 months to expiration (if clearly disclosed at time of purchase)
4- How to Submit a Return Request
Step 1:
Email our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
Step 2:
Provide:
Order number
Clear photos
Unboxing video (if applicable)
Step 3:
Your request will be reviewed within 1–3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange pickup within 2–7 business days.
5- Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team.
Processing time: 2–7 business days after inspection.
Refund methods:
Cash (for cash payments)
Bank transfer
Online payment reversal (7–14 business days)
Store credit voucher
Once a refund method is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
6- Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
If the order has been shipped, shipping fees must be paid.
